Terms & Conditions – Prize Competitions (NextWin)

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+. Proof of age and address may be requested.
  • Employees/agents of the Promoter and their households are not eligible.
  • By entering you confirm you meet these conditions.

2. How to Enter

  • Purchase a digital ticket (£2) for the chosen competition at nextwin.shop and correctly answer the skill question shown.
  • An order completes when payment is received and not reversed.
  • Unless stated otherwise, there is no limit to the number of tickets per person; we may cap entries per person for fairness and to prevent fraud.

3. Opening/Closing Dates

  • Each competition has its own dates on the product page.
  • For the “Win an iPhone 15 Pro” competition, entries . Late entries are invalid and refunded only if payment was taken after closing due to technical error.

4. The Prize

  • iPhone 15 Pro, 128GB, (or a model of equal or higher value if unavailable).
  • No cash alternative unless we agree otherwise. Prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Verification

  • After closing, we select the winner at random from all eligible paid entries that answered the skill question correctly (RNG via RafflePress or equivalent).
  • The draw may be recorded for audit.
  • We’ll contact the provisional winner via email within 24 hours. If no response within 7 days, we may redraw.

6. Announcement & Publicity

  • We may publish the winner’s first name and county on our website/socials. You can object for valid reasons by emailing nextwin25@gmail.com.

7. Prize Delivery

  • UK delivery at our cost within 14 days of winner verification, unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Minimum Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds once an entry is placed.
  • If we materially change, postpone or cancel a competition, we will refund the ticket price to the original payment method.
  • We may set a minimum ticket threshold; if not met, we may extend the draw or cancel and refund.

9. Fair Play & Disqualification

  • We may reject/void entries for: automated/bot entries, attempts to bypass payment, abusive behaviour, or providing false details.
  • If fraud is suspected, we may suspend the account and inform payment providers or authorities.

10. Liability

  • Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for: (a) entries not received due to network/technical issues; (b) any loss not reasonably foreseeable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We process personal data to run the competitions and deliver prizes. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

Email nextwin25@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

By purchasing a ticket and submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
